*SMOKING STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON THE WHOLE HOTEL AREA!

*  A guest is to show his ID or passport at the checking-in.

* Check-in time starts at 2 p.m., while check-out time is 11 a.m. the following day (Monday-Saturday). The exception is Sunday, when check-out time is 12 a.m.

* In order to make a reservation through www.hotelakira.pl a guest has to pay the whole cost of his stay. The payment for the transaction is a at the same time a confirmation of his reservation.

* In case of the cancellation of reservation, no fee will be charged on condition that the reception receives a cancellation through an email (to: rezerwacja@hotelakira.pl) at least 48 hours before arrival (i.e. before 2 p.m.two days before arrival). The money will be paid into the guest’s bank account.

*In case of the cancellation of a group reservation (i.e. 4 or more rooms), no fee will be charged on condition that the reception receives a cancellation through an email (to: rezerwacja@hotelakira.pl) at least 7 days before arrival (i.e. before 2 p.m. two days before arrival). The money will be paid into the guest’s bank account.

* If cancelled later than 48 hours before the reservation starts, all the money paid will not be refunded.
